Every session begins by creating a sacred container — a veil of light that surrounds us and holds the work in safety and reverence.
Within this space, the world slows. The breath deepens. The veils between realms thin, allowing Spirit to reach through with wisdom and grace.

Using drum, rattle, breath, and intention, I enter a meditative state known as the shamanic journey.
From this space between worlds, my guides and I work together to bring through healing for your highest good.
