All shamanic healing sessions are reserved specifically for you.

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

• If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to respect other bookings.

Refunds are not offered once a session has taken place.

2. 1:1 Private Spiritual Mentorship

Because mentorship requires dedicated time, preparation, and energetic holding:

• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice to reschedule.

• No refunds for missed or no-show sessions.

• Refunds are not issued once a session has been completed.

All mentorship bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling.

3. The Radiant Way — 13-Moon Program

This program includes digital materials, emailed lessons, and personal guidance.

For this reason:

All digital offerings — including lessons, PDFs, recordings, or emailed content — are non-refundable once delivered.

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a session:

• A new time will be arranged based on availability

More than one reschedule may require booking a new session.
