    When you complete the week’s practices, you submit your reflections, journey experiences, and insights. I read each submission with care and offer thoughtful feedback to help you deepen your understanding and integration of the medicine.

    Your next week’s lesson link will then be sent to you so the journey continues to unfold step by step.

    Responses to submissions typically arrive within 2–3 days, but the next lesson link will be sent as soon as your work is received so the path continues moving forward.
